and Sebastian Haag summited G II on July 29th and then skied down in one
single push without abseiling or putting off the ski to camp 1 (5850 m). Then
they rested there the next days. On August 4th they started together with Luis
Stitzinger and made in in 6 hours to the last camp before the traverse. There
they found a lot of fresh snow, which slowed them down. But they made it in
another six hours to the top in an single day push and skied down the whole
way back in very difficult and dangerous conditions (avalanche risk and soft
snow over crevasses).
All are Germans from Munich. Böhm is in the German National Team
Skimountaineering and made 2005 together with Sebastian Haag an
successfull single day push with ski of Mustagh Ata.
